Keith Bray is not they type to boast or brag, and we like that about him, but this innovative trick Keith Bray used to win in multiple offers [It worked on 1924 Bromley] and got his client the home. We were so impressed we wanted to share it with you.

While preparing the offer for 1924 Bromley, knowing that they were not the only buyers making an offer that day, Keith recorded this simple little video of his client telling the sellers why they should choose his offer over the others.

In the end our client won, got the property, and they listing agent told us it was Keith’s brilliant idea that clinched the deal.
